Deep Tissue is a more intensive form of Swedish. It helps to release chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deeper pressure on contracted areas.

Hot Stone Massage
For the ultimate in relaxation, try a Hot Stone Massage. Heated stones are placed on specific energy points on the body. The heat and energy from the stones allow the therapist to work deeper on muscles to help alleviate pain and melt away stress.

Reiki
Reiki is an ancient healing art that utilizes universal life energy. This is not a physical massage. Reiki is used to restore balance on many levels, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Results from a Reiki session can include relaxation, a sense of peace and serenity, and general wellbeing. Client remains fully clothed.
